A Specialist Occupancy & Safety Framework
Circular Key Foundation does not accept walk-in or ad hoc placements. Every occupant is referred through established, trusted specialist channels, ensuring that all placements are properly assessed, supported, and supervised from the outset. This structured approach is fundamental to protecting both the property and the surrounding community.
Referral Pathways Only
Placements are made exclusively via specialist homelessness services, family violence pathways, and re-integration or post-custody support services. No direct or unsupported admissions are accepted.
Confidential Occupancy
Property addresses are never publicly disclosed. Occupancy is held by the trust, providing a critical layer of confidentiality — particularly important for occupants fleeing family violence or other sensitive circumstances.
Behavioural Standards Enforced
Strict visitor and behavioural rules are enforced at all times. Where safety is compromised, immediate relocation protocols are activated to protect the property, neighbours, and the broader community.
Incident Response Procedures
Clear, documented procedures are in place for emergency response, police or ambulance involvement, neighbour or strata complaints, and occupant exit where required. Nothing is left to chance.
We also operate a rigorous inspection regime, with routine property inspections and additional access by professionals as required through appropriate permit processes. Owners can expect photographic records, graffiti removal, and the prompt repair of any malicious damage throughout the term of the agreement.

We work with houses, apartments, and townhouses of solid construction, situated close to public transport and essential services. Properties must be suitable for confidential occupancy and meet our selection criteria before being accepted into the programme.
